𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Oversaw the Nyerere Day Care Centre, which was funded by SIDA. The team consisted of four teachers, one caterer, and one groundskeeper.• Managed two family support outreach teams (HBC) consisting of one Registered General Nurse, one Social Worker, and one Project Assistant. Miserio and OAK Zimbabwe funded the project.• Oversaw the Palliative Care Unit, which housed 30 terminally ill HIV/AIDS patients. Led a team of six nurses, ten nurse aides, two psychologists, one physiotherapist, three kitchen workers, six general hands, and three security guards.• Led HIV outreach team on ART defaulters.• Liable for project fleet management of six vehicles.• Developed initiatives to promote HIV/AIDS prevention and child protection projects.• Planned, guided, and managed programs to ensure that program objectives were met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation, and complete buy-in from all parties involved.• Secured funding for the Palliative Care Centre and intervening in the plight of vulnerable children.• Assisted teams in increasing outputs and outcomes, as well as impact, in HIV-related projects, and developing cooperative and effective project teams.• Established critical partnerships with responsible authorities and organizations.• Successfully applied the Choose Life educational model to a variety of community groups.• Managed and steered key projects with a total budget of more than $600,000.00 and more than six project vehicles for social and health initiatives.• Reached out with HIV and AIDS information to more than twenty-three thousand people in and around Harare.• Reached out to more than nineteen thousand children with social services interventions for securing Identity documents and reunifications with families.• Guest speaker on Health related Radio shows with Star FM and Capital Radio.• MCT Vision-Contributing to the vision "Building healthier and resilient communities to deal with HIV."
