Worked with traditional bank lenders, Private Equity and non-traditional financiers to create a proposal to reset the company's finances and create a working model for future growth. The proposal would have added necessary liquidity, created safeguards against mismanagement of funds and provided an operational framework in line with business's future plans. The Board rejected the proposal and the company closed 6 months later.
