Distribution and sales responsibility throughout California and Hawaii for our US Chemical and House of Kolor product lines of $5+ mm combined. Relationship building with warehouse management and sales representatives. Strengthen our product focus with distribution store partners and end users. Review new avenues of product engagement and generate.

Ontario, California, United States

San Antonio, Texas, United States

Developed and implemented annual sales plans to grow our $6.5M budget. Hired, coached and motivated our seven distribution sales team members through recognition and performance reviews. Built relationships and gained support from all six NAPA DC management teams in four state region. Worked directly with NAPA SW Division Vice President to implement sales.

California

Responsible for the sales growth of our product line through four distribution centers and five direct reports servicing all of California and most of Nevada. Work closely with distribution center management teams and independent store owners in the second largest sales territory in the brand. Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports.

Southern California

Accepted a position to relocate to Southern California for the purpose of implementing Low VOC changes with our waterborne paint system in current and prospect collision shops. Worked closely with sales representatives to schedule, perform product training and present proposals for stores and shops converting from solvent-based systems.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Worked directly with Phoenix distribution center management team, independent store owners and collision centers to increase territory sales. Territory included 60 independent stores covering the state of Arizona. Responsibilities included creating and presenting annual sales plan to management, maintaining p&l, controlling expenses and out-performing.
