• Implement relevant Procedures in the preparation, collection and compilation of Projects quality record.• Check the legibility and completeness of document that will be compiled into the quality records.• Consolidate all project quality records that will be submitted to the customer in conformance to the Project Contract/specification.• Prepares Manufacturer’s Data Book in its hard copy and electronic copy.• Coordinate with QC Inspectors regarding punchlist information, isometric drawing and other related issues for timely accomplishment of reports.• Keep all relevant documents prior to completion of test package and Manufacturer’s Data Book.• Coordinates with other department’s key personnel regarding updates and monitoring.• Generates relevant documents required on the project.• Checks and assures that documents included in the MDB are in latest revision and signed by responsible person.• Establish a monitoring tool for the status of documents versus accomplishment on shop and erection activities.• Attends meeting in the absence of immediate superior.• Coordinate with Client Representative on system turn over.• Monitor/assists other document engineers in any urgent documentation.• Establish submission plan for MDB Hand-over versus module’s load-out date,• Generate Department KPI base on accomplished project KPI.

Job Description• Conducts training for welder trainees in the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) processes, both for Structural and Piping manpower requirements of a specific project.• Enforces a competitive and reliable training program for welder trainees for various welding processes under strict compliance with applicable Design Codes/ Standards and Project Specifications in preparation for the actual Welder’s Qualification Test (WQT). Training program includes both theoretical and practical examination per welding process.• Performs dimensional and Visual Check of test specimens and judges them according to the applicable codes and standards or project specifications.• Ensures optimum operating conditions of welding machines, ovens, quivers and the like by witnessing and/or conducting performance checking procedures.• Assists in the preparation of welding related documents such as Welder’s Qualification Records (WQRs), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPSs) and Welding Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs) in accordance with applicable project specification and codes and standards such as ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, API 650, AS 1554.1and with the Pressure Equipment Directives (PED).• Handles/ assists Procedure Qualification Tests (PQT), Welders and Welding Operators Qualification and Testing (WQT) activities.• Witnesses destructive testing procedures as applied to material and/or welding procedure specimens being conducted at authorized testing laboratories.• Ensures the most systematic and updated filing system of all important documents in the Welding Training and Testing Center.• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the Welding Training and Testing Center premises.
