APAC IT Governance – Permit to Operate, Application Development and Management Lead Process implementation, improvement and management- PMLC, IT SDLC Waterfall and AGILE, IT Release Management, IT Change Management, PMLC  Conduct of Gate review before proceeding to the next SDLC phase and prior to production deployment  Project status review (Plan/Budget vs Actuals, Schedule, Risks, Issues, Mitigation/Action Plans, etc.) Provide Process training, implementation guidance and support to Project and Production teams Audit conduct on SDLC projects and Production Support Group APAC KPI quarterly report for SDLC and Change Management
