Capital Works Coordinator
Current1, to assist the Capital Works Manager in the delivery of work programs required by the position to achieve the objective of the section. 2, to develop and recognise staff and to assist with the recruitment, management and implementation of learning and development plans and performance feedback. 3,to collaborate with the Capital Works Manager in developing, managing and meeting agreed budget allocations.4, Meet all Statutory, Legislative, Legal, Risk management and policy requirements.5, to support and implement Customer service strategies.6, to develop and implement the requirements of the annual plan/strategic plan. 7, To undertake WHS requirements. 8, Provide leadership and guidance in the delivery of the works program. 9, To manage the use of contractors.
