Duties and Responsibilities:** Interprets work order documents from Project Manager—e.g., Low-level design (LLD) regarding Voice and different Data Services which includes MPLS, VPLS, Direct Internet, Leased Line, LAN, WAN, ISDN PRI and Freeway IP.** Provide completion of streamline-generated documents such as Circuit Technical Configuration (CTC) for each service per client.** Activate customer data services over the network upon coordination with field support.** Configuration of network elements such as multiplexers, CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment), modems, nodes, routers and switches.** Provision of customer circuits over different networks – e.g, PWE3, TUNNEL, WDM, PDH, SDH, TDM, DWDM, Fiber Optics and Optical Transport network (OTN)** Integrate multi-site CPEs and other last-mile modems for proper administration.** Determines/implements the modifications to existing configurations within the production network routers and modems.** Test/turn-up complex setup of customer circuits on network-to-network interface (NNI)** Resolves customer voice/data troubles and updates trouble ticketing systems during the period of 7 days warranty.** Deliver pro-active response for temporary and permanent disconnection over the network, and immediate reconnection of services for credit and billing purposes.** Provide recommendations and solutions for future design and workarounds of existing configurations.** Employ real-time escalation of network problems and other recurring issues for preventive maintenance.** Conduct technical assistance to other teams and outsource engineers during activities.** Performs various data service activities –e.g, upgrade, downgrade, location transfer and migration.** Provide connectivity and bandwidth test of newly activated circuit –e.g, Bricks Test, Speed Test, L2 Testing, L3 testing (ping test), BER, throughput and RFC2544.
