Inclusive Finance Division is the business division of Far East Group that serves small, medium and micro B-end customers. It has nearly 800 staffs including a business team of more than 500s, with an annual business scale of nearly RMB 20 billion.Core responsibility： Design key performance indicators and prepare annual/monthly budgets and evaluate performance for more than 40 business units; Design report template and business review indicator system, using big data analysis to prepare monthly financial performance report and business indicator analysis report for each business unit, design multiple operating process indicators to diagnose problems and provide improvement proposals; To meet the innovation needs of the business unit, review the initial transaction structure of new products and provide suggestions for improvement, provide IRR calculation and build the IRR calculation template, and coordinating with IT to complete system development and enhancement; Establish financial rules and regulations, and achieve reasonable rewards and punishments to push forward business; Improve daily work efficiency by VBA code, and achieve financial management function by maintaining an efficient and streamlined financial team, which the system is not able to realize; and Collaborate with Group Financial Share Service team to ensure the implementation of the Group's financial goals.

Core responsibility: In charge of the financial department of the sector and report to the General Manager; Design financial products’ transaction structure, expanding the business lines to motorcycle, medical treatment, mobile phone and other fields to enable the company growing; Master SQL programming, directly operate data warehouse, refine the products’ accounting dimension, implement the full cost accounting of products, analyze the profitability of products and provide optimization plans on monthly basis; Coordinate with IT to design and improve accounting system and fund reconciliation management system, maintaining highly accurate accounting function and accounting accuracy of millions of customers; and Interacted with ABS issue agency and completed the overall work before ABS issuing. While due to cost control, the project was suspended.

Core responsibility: Overall responsibility in financial management including budget reparing, accounting, reporting, cash control, tax and internal control, reporting to GM; With the company establishing from scratch, set up rules and regulations, complete the construction of financial functions, and accumulated financial management experience in the start-up stage of the company; and Design tailor-made revenue model and control payment according to project progress for each case.

Core responsibility: Review the interim and annual audited financial statements and reports, notes and public disclosures information of the Group; Communicate with external auditors on the accounting treatment of complex transactions, and provide innovative financial support to business and functional departments including: hedging transactions, ABS securitization, PPP business, management incentives, and etc.; and Research and study newly released accounting principle and compliance regulation, provide professional opinion and guidance (IFRS9, 15 and 16); provide training to the Group finance teams.
