I experienced great successes and was recognized many times by senior management as a corporate leader. Promoted by management to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee retention of an underperforming facility. Successfully achieved corporate goals and expectations by increasing and maintaining occupancy rate at 97% from 83% previously, responding promptly to concerns and requests of residents and employees, and communicating promptly with family members.
