I was tasked with the responsibility of starting and running a teens church, was in charge of the growth planning trainings for the staff, setting up a creative team for running events and functions in the church, i was doing leadership training and also building my leadership capacity through attending seminars.

I was in charge of the creative team for the services, the worship experience. The content that goes out during the Sunday service. Building the team energy and keeping a schedule on all the service workers on Sunday and their services. I Had to ensure there is always a a creative angle to every production.
