- To act as mentor to junior drafters.- To train & mentor new hires that results in high performance and help them achieve set outcomes.- Assist checking and producing highly detailed documentation across all phases of the project (design, planning, and construction).- Support junior team members ensuring workflow is maintained and deadlines are met and is completed to high standard.

-Producing proposed, shop and production drawings via cabinet vision v12, Mainly Kitchens, Robes, Vanities, Laundry, and other joineries in residential.-Ensuring site measurements, joinery models, materials, and finishes are correct.-Estimating Materials-Nesting and creating CNC code ready for machine cutting
