• Ensures effective line of communication to those customers concerned with Phu Kham and Ban Houayxai Fixed and Mobile Plant Reliability.• Reports reliability performance of the plant against the Phu Bia Mining “Maintenance Metrics Standard” and verify continuous improvement is occurring.• Reviews and continuously look to improve the routine CM inspections of all critical equipment.• Conducts Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and leads investigations for critical plant equipment to eliminate defects and prevent recurring of failures as part of the FRACAS process.• Conducts Maintenance Strategy Review on fixed plant and mobile equipment/areas, including FMEA, PMs, Spares, Procedures, Work Instructions, Design Improvement.• Establish and/or maintain standard maintenance work practices and occupational health safety and environmental standards in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures• Develop, plan and implement/oversee strategies for continuous improvement in the maintenance performance.• Ensure compliance with all statutory codes, acts, regulations from a maintenance perspective to protect the employees, Company, its equipment from litigation, damage or injury.• Liaise closely with trainers and plant production to ensure equipment is operated within agreed standards to ensure maximum availability and reliability. • Stands in for Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager and his authorities as directed.• Performs other duties and responsibilities given by Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager.• Functions as Shift Shutdown Manager or Coordinator for planned fixed plant maintenance shutdowns.

• Tracks and report progress of reliability improvement for the plant.• Delegates reliability and condition monitoring tasks and ensures the team is effectively supervised in a daily basis and during scheduled maintenance shutdowns.• Ensures effective line of communication to those customers concerned with Phu Kham and Ban Houayxai Fixed and Mobile Plant Reliability.• Manages reliability data in order for reporting to be transparent, up to date and accurate.• Reports reliability performance of the plant against the Phu Bia Mining “Maintenance Metrics Standard” and verify continuous improvement is occurring.• Reviews and continuously look to improve the routine CM inspections of all critical equipment.• Conducts Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and leads investigations for critical plant equipment to eliminate defects and prevent recurring of failures.• Conducts scheduled condition monitoring tasks and unscheduled inspections for critical equipment as the need arise.• Runs Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on plant’s High Voltage Electrical System and other critical equipment/areas.• Performs other duties and responsibilities given by Reliability Superintendent
