Hi Everyone!My name is Gilbert Dela Cruz Manipon. I'm a student at Seattle University studying Business Marketing. I plan to graduate in June 2025. After Graduation, I'm interested in a position in either sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship. I am currently the Director of Marketing for Seattle University's Entrepreneurship Club. Which hosts numerous events throughout the year, such as Seattle University's Shark Tank Event. As a member of the Alber's School of Business Undergraduate Leadership Program, I have developed strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva and have Toastmasters Level I Certification in Public Speaking.In addition to my academic background, I have also gained practical experience in sales and marketing through my previous roles. As a Server/Front of House at Kizuki Ramen, I have honed my customer service skills and developed the ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously. I also have experience managing cash transactions, resolving customer complaints, and training new staff members. Outside work and academics, I am passionate about running, weightlifting, and music. These activities have helped me maintain a healthy work-life balance and taught me the importance of discipline and perseverance.
