Systems Supported : Northwest Airline’s Passenger Revenue AccountingDuties & Responsibilities:- Assigned as the Team Leader of Production Support for Northwest Airlines (NWA) Passenger Revenue Accounting mainframe system. Doing System Maintenance, Program Enhancements and especially Production Support.- ABENDS resolutions, covering all 30 subsystems of Northwest Airlines PRA system. Required to investigate and resolved programs/jobs that ended abnormally at the shortest possible time, also do investigations on any incidents reported that may affect the production runs.- Part of the Conversion Project covering all pertinent activities to making the PRA system Year2000 compliant. This includes impact analysis, each program analysis, conversion thru program revisions, testing for all Year200 scenarios, implementation and documentations.
