About Gilbert Marin Castillo

I believe in being proactive and efficient on purpose, by identifying processes and practices that need to be improved, some of my achievements include:- Creation of a Dashboard for a whole department in PowerBI powered by a PowerApps and modified in Power Automate.- I created a highly automated chatbot which enabled the human resources team to decrease the amount of time and effort needed to find and hire qualified individuals. This represented a huge achievement in regards to how the hiring process was done, specifically the time saved in the hiring process changed from 80 hours to 2 hours.- I developed a dashboard which provided deep insights to our customers,this tool was interactive and fully automated which enabled the customers to check different KPIs, delivering not only a full experience but also the ability to visualize the data and make informed decisions. Also, this dashboard provided the ability to check historical data. Before this dashboard, a static excel sheet was being used.- I designed a automated chatbot which improved one of the internal processes that consisted of multiple manual and time consuming steps. This process involved multiple individuals and multiple tools, including a notebook.

The above sent as Dashboard in Excel, but created in R and PowerBI for personal learning and experience, as well as to improve visualizations to make new proposals to clients for their reports.I made automation improvements in the Human Talent recruitment area, through a Chat Bot, which collected answers to predetermined questions necessary to be able to filter the candidates, creating a database that sent the data clean and ready to present to CEO’s  and recruiting managers, this ChatBot improved the speed of collecting candidate data by 1000%, as well as the ease of filtering it.On a personal level and because I have taken different courses related to data science, I have used and created different dashboards during this period, in tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, in order to keep the knowledge updated and improve the use of tools.
