Establish and maintain business relationships with (10) partners (OEM/Distributors). Act as a liaison between assigned partners and CDW AP, Compliance, Procurement, Vendor Returns and Warehouse(s). Work with Nursing staff on the invoices rejected and flagged for additional review. Created and maintained Cost Savings/Productivity Report for the department. Work with Accounts Payable Dept. to resolve delinquent accounts/invoices. Provide training to all on-boarding non-clerical team members.

Procured capital & non-capital equipment, software and supplies for Home Office/Regional Offices, 65 Hospitals, Construction & Design, Information Technology, and Outpatient Physicians Group. Managed 6 million dollars of purchase orders in 2019. Monitor production queues to ensure timely release of PO's. Review employee productivity reports weekly.
