I am a highly motivated, detail-oriented Installation Manager currently working for a leading Climbing Systems Installation and Inspections Company. I specialise in designing the construction methodology and managing the installation using Rope Access, Rigging and Crane lifting techniques depending on the complexity of the task and access constraints.

Tightrope main objective is introducing corporate groups to high end adventure-based courses to excite, challenge and create group cohesion and meaningful connection. Our courses will maximise employee retention, create transferable skills development and positive behavior modification.

Eco-Challenge is deemed the toughest adventure race on the planet – 500km course over 10 days of racing. Here I rigged ropes in wilderness locations for racers to ascend, descend and traverse through complex terrain, including the management of one of the rigging sites through the duration of the race.

I was responsible for the development, growth and day-to-day running of the Roping Section within the Outdoor Recreation Department, Blue Mountains College of TAFE. Courses ranged from Certificate 3 to Diploma and trained students to be professional guides on cliff and canyon adventure programs.

AOC conducted specialist high ropes adventure courses for corporate clients. Tightrope provided safety and support for wilderness filming crews. Dogface Adventured specialised in large group cliff and canyon adventures.
