Lead Quality Assurance Technician
Current• Testing software and hardware to report defects generated during the research and development of new products and updates to existing products in the field.• Reviewing code with software developers and mechanical issues with electrical or mechanical engineers to document and resolve the issues.• The core responsibilities involve problem solving and the ability to seamlessly transition from product to product as needed.• Writing test procedures to verify product features and validate software tools used during testing.• Maintain printers, workstations, the safety of three labs, maintain two storage rooms and 2 hallways where we store our overflow and inventory. • Work as part of global team to resolves customer issues as they arise in the field while maintaining the company’s standard of quality and excellence.• Design and fabricate experimental test fixtures. • Competitive comparisons between our product globally.• Maintaining, shipping, and ordering equipment and film globally.
