• Perform audit of training status for all personnel working on production builds.• Verify production documentation entries of training and qualifications of assemblers.• Maintain physical and electronic records (in EQMS) of assembler qualifications.• Support internal and external audit activities related to training of production personnel.• Inspection qualification – track training requirement needs, ensure training to procedure and inspection are performed on time and properly documented in EQMS.• Create training plan for new production hires, including guidance on EQMS and basic on-boarding training such as POLICYs, SOPs, WIs, TMs, and MPIs.

• Complete standard work process and follow work instructions, procedures, and manifest codes as required.• Operate robotic system and complex manufacturing equipment for process processes under supervision.• Escalate functional, technical and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders.• Provide line flexibility as needed by the business.• Maintain a safe and collaborative work environment.• Learn and execute novel assembly procedures using custom tooling and test methods.• Proficient in the use of Personal Protective Equipment such as: safety glasses, safety shoes, and bump caps and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines.
