• Perform audit of training status for all personnel working on production builds.
• Verify production documentation entries of training and qualifications of assemblers.
• Maintain physical and electronic records (in EQMS) of assembler qualifications.
• Support internal and external audit activities related to training of production personnel.
• Inspection qualification – track training requirement needs, ensure training to procedure and inspection are performed on time and properly documented in EQMS.
• Create training plan for new production hires, including guidance on EQMS and basic on-boarding training such as POLICYs, SOPs, WIs, TMs, and MPIs.

• Learn and execute novel assembly procedures using custom tooling and test methods.
