• Supporting AT&T• Assist in the design, engineering, route analysis, construction, and maintenance of plant infrastructure underground & aerial fiber optic installations • Complete assigned projects within defined scope and timelines • Utilize Aramis-DT to develop engineering designs • Perform routine inspection of OSP networks • Take field notes for designers • Knowledge of backboard, conduit, power, and bus bar or ground• Utilize Google Earth, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft, Maps, etc. • Draw in Aramis-DT and records • Work on ASE, ABF, SPLITTERS • Knowledge of ROW, Easement, EOP, Pole, Measurements • Understand HH, MH, FH, GPON, RT• Follow engineering standards for assigned projects • Assist in route analysis and developing aerial and underground fiber route maps • Perform fiber verification and mapping activities • Maintain records of fiber splicing and topography • Assist in mitigation and restoration procedures for emergencies conditions such as fiber damages, power failures, and other disasters

• Reviews medical records and assignment of deficiencies to assure compliance with rules and regulations • Audits accuracy of electronic and manual entry and facilitates resolution of any discrepancies • Maintains records using multiple, complex filing systems to retrieve files, locate missing records, file/or scan new and updated information • Reviews scanned documents for accuracy, legibility, and appropriate identification • Ensures safe care to patients, staff, and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity, and quality of service

• Assist in the training of new hires by utilizing operational knowledge of production processes and STAT Informatics Solutions module-based training programs • Meet daily production goals established by Operations Managers • Always adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies • Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques, and tools to support task performance

• Responsible for verification and quality of images for electronic medical record and understands the completion of quality review ensures the legality of medical record • Monitors work queues for unassigned images as well as indexing data elements and reviewing index values for each scanned document to check its validity • Maintains quality review process of images of scanned documents to ensure they meet the quality requirements • Maintains/demonstrates a thorough knowledge of HIM processes to facilitate McKesson training
