In the 80's GP started out with YVES SAINT LAURENT where he was successively Area Manager, Export Director and International Commercial Director. In 1986, he joined SONIA RYKIEL as International Marketing Director in charge of the worldwide distribution and the license business. From 1988, he was General Manager for twelve years, first for CHRISTIAN LACROIX, then for PACO RABANNE , before choosing the Executive Search business. In 2000, Gilbert Personeni joined TMP Worldwide in charge of the  Fashion, Retail & Luxury Goods practice. In 2002, he became Senior Vice President of TRANSEARCH International, in charge of the development of the same sector. In 2006, in order to provide superior quality, reactivity and flexibility to his clients, he founded his own International Executive Search company, GPSearch.Specialties: GP is thoroughly experienced in management, marketing and international recruitment in the Fashion, Retail and Desirable Goods sectors.
