After about 1.5 years working as a Sales Associate, I was given the opportunity to become a Sales Lead. With this promotion came new responsibilities such as supervising all my associates and making sure our sales were up to par. I was also in charge of making sure our marketing was set each week and would also attend district meetings. During the week I dealt with incoming shipment and processed all our merchandise. On top of this, every night I would create a bank deposit based on our total sales for that day.

During this time, many of my daily tasks included replenishing our stock floor, promoting our sales, doing janitorial work, and assisting customers by ringing up merchandise and helping resolve conflicts.
