o Daily patrol audits providing over sight to ensure proper: Welder qualification, WPS in use, Welding consumables, Drawings and production instructions, Base materials, Fit- up, alignment and tack welding, Purge gas control and monitoring, WPS operating parameters in use, Welding equipment and controlso Perform ID inspection on the root pass with Rovver camera. Record and document any defects.o Perform Clad thickness readings on any areas that needed grinding on the root.o Assist with Dye Penetrant (PT) of bevels and final welds. Flagged all welds for Ultrasonic Testing and Radiographic Testing.

o Perform visual inspection on completed welds.o Verify all NDE was performed prior to hydro testing.o Witness and Verify hydro test are performed as per theclient’s procedures and requirements.o Walk down piping packages with P&ID’s/drawings when construction scope of work was completed.o Communicate with client QA once work was acceptable for final walk down.
