- HSE duties for both Garden Well and Rosemont plant, Open Pit and Underground mining operations.- Work with our contractors Barminco, Maca and more to maintain the safety and health of our team members and safe production.- Direct post-accident investigations and prepare reports to identify possible accident causes and hazards.- Develop recommendations to reduce hazards by improving equipment, behaviors and procedures.- Develop and implement safety awareness communications between workers and management to increase hazard awareness.- Deliver and coordinate health and safety training for employees, educating them on workplace regulations, policies and procedures.- Prepare data and report on safety performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
