Responsible for the day to day activities associated with best in class warehousing and materials management practices and logistics. build and lead the processes required for Materials Management, Logistics, Formalities to support operations leading up to and during the operations. Set up the Materials Management and logistics functions at the shorebase and warehouses.To ensure that Logistics & Logistic Services Contracts are managed in a manner that ensures availability of resources to meet customer requirements, while striving to improve core value performance and cost effectiveness. Direct materials management services to support the exploration / appraisal campaigns. Work in conjunction with SCM and Operations personnel in Labuan warehouse to ensure processes and controls are in place to effectively manage the storage and custody of ConocoPhillips and contractor-owned equipment materials transferring between Labuan base and offshore locations. Continue to maintain safe operations and comply with ConocoPhillips Internal Control Standards and other policies, procedure and legislative requirements. Manage development of the COP strategy with regard to aviation, marine, land transport, base camp and catering. Develop, agree and monitor metrics by which service levels and cost performance of all logistics services can be evaluated. Pursue and evaluate all partnering opportunities with other operating companies Develop, rationalize and ensure the correct implementation of and updating of all procedures relating to logistics. Provide functional guidance to operational logistics planning and services personnel. Accountable for benchmarking and auditing of logistics services contracts. Develop effective relations with Government institutions, local government and others to ensure smooth COP operations•Seek alternative solutions and continuous improvement, leading to more safe environment, cost effectiveness

Job Summary-On site responsibility for managing of the offshore warehouse, which includes maintaining inventory levels, expediting of equipment or parts requested, creating requisition of parts required, maintaining materials movement records and ensure that record keeping of materials in the store is up to date and accurate . Also responsible for updating maintenance history under the direction of the supervisors and assisting the supervisors in creating / tracking job orders, and running the MMS. Capable of working independently, honest and have the correct attitude towards work. Flexible to changing priorities and working hours Knowledgeable and enforce all TML controls and regulations, and safety procedure to ensure high safety standard. Set up, manage and maintain an efficient warehouse (store) offshore. Responsible for good store keeping and housekeeping of the store. Ensures that inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, lube oils, consumable and special replacement parts are maintained / available in stock. Must be able to monitor minimum /maximum and order levels for materials used on the platform. Ensures that parts or materials stored in the warehouse are in good condition and available / ready for use. Liaise with Suppliers and Talisman’s Contractor on the Plan Load Out and expedite Materials and equipment to meet plan loading Work and entertain enquiries with/from Onshore Engineers pertaining to materials and vessels availability Actively participate in TML HSE program, example, safety meeting and U See U Act program. Participate in the offshore emergency response. Roles and responsibilities will be in accordance to the Company’s Emergency Response Plan. Responsible for marine vessel logistic coordination in support of Company’s offshore drilling and operations requisition for materials as well as crew movement. Ability to adhere to and operate with strict compliance to Company’s HS&E guidelines and procedures.

 Prepare the 'Daily Supply and Sales Plan' together with its summaries and graphs. Follow-up the shipping instructions/Letter of Credits and Purchase Orders are receive timely for each shipment. Apply sufferance wharf and shipment approval prior to vessel berthing. Arrange and coordinate with Pilot, Tug operators, Shipping Agents, Plant Operation Supervisors, Safety and Security sections, Mooring Boat operators and Mooring Gang operators and Independent Surveyors for vessel berthing and loading of Methanol for export. Supervise mooring boat and mooring gang to ensure that vessel's mooring lines are safely and correctly moored and also to position vessel with the jetty loading arm on shore. To ensure safe fitting of gangway. To give correct shipping instructions for loading to ship's Captain, Plant. Superintendent and Surveyors. To sign the ship's Notice of Readiness before loading commence. Prepare correctly all relevant shipping documents for each shipment like Bill of Ladings, Packing list, Certificate of Origin and etc. To monitor loading while in progress and ensure smooth loading. Prepare documents at Surveyor's site office for signing with Master of the vessel, Shipping agent and Surveyor on completion of loading. To supervise vessel unmooring and sailing. Preparation of all the shipping documents for onward dispatch to MITCO and buyers. Calculate the estimated costing for each shipment. Send fascimile to MITCO and buyers. Declare the goods at the Customs Department, Labuan and to apply for Certificate of Origin at Labuan Chamber of Commerce if necessary Record details of all shipments and calculate the Wharfage, Mooring Boat and Mooring Gang charges and Pilotage charges for Finance & Planning Department to bill Shipping Agents as necessary. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly report of Methanol shipments

 Supervise daily Base operations to provide support and services to the production, project & drilling activities in the base to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for the security of the Base and field operations and the overall safety of the Base and its operation. Supervise the aviation to ensure airstrip and helipads are well maintained and aircraft fuel are available at all time both in the base and rig locations as well as scheduling of flight for personnel transfer from the capital to base and rig. Scheduling of vessel transport to and from base to rig, monitor its movement and liaise with contractor on requirement. Liaise and coordinate with contractor for the required materials & equipment to be delivered to rig. Monitor rig sites construction to plan and layout and report weekly progress accordingly. Monitor movement of rental materials & equipment and produce weekly cost reports and materials reconciliation and to verify all drilling invoices. Monitor the utilization of helicopter, verify with contractor and produce weekly cost report based on utilization Coordinate with rig contractor on logistic and security requirement on inter location rig move. Focal point with regards to requirement matters and issues with local authorities e.g. Customs, Labour Dept. Local Administrator etc. Supervise Base construction and materials & equipment handling activities. Plan and determine the location and surface area required for the base and supervise the landscaping and site preparation. Prepare layout plan and location of warehouse, yard and other facilities and supervise the construction. Supervise local work force to ensure safe and efficient work practices at base. Receiving of tubular and other materials and supervise the handling. Checking and carry out visual inspection on tubular and provide proper storage while in transit. Reporting of base construction progress and cost as well as materials reconciliation.
