I run an international team of highly experienced technical pre-sales solution engineers supporting the Services Industry (Financial Services, Retail, CME, Transportation, Logistics, Professional Services, and Utilities) for Oracle's Cloud Applications and Emerging Technologies. We support customers in their buying decisions by helping them understand the backend technology, operations, architecture, security, integration, and extensibility options that differentiate Oracle in the enterprise applications space. Aside from the day-to-day operations of the team, I'm always looking to find and develop top talent for our org.In addition to supporting Cybersecurity and Cloud Technology, I am a member of our AI Leadership team supporting AI and Emerging Technology Sales Enablement for North America Apps.

Since November 2017, I have lead an internal team of solution engineers focused on Emerging Technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things, and Robotic Process Automation. By building relationships within the Product Management organization, our team develops and maintains a library of presentation collateral and strategic messaging across Oracle's Emerging Technology portfolio. In addition to serving as an Emerging Tech SME for major and upmarket accounts, I also provide technical and messaging training across the North America Cloud Apps Sales Organization. In February 2019, I was made a regional lead for North America in Oracle's Global Emerging Technology Community of Practice. In this role, I work with other Emerging Tech Leads from EMEA, LAD, and APAC curate "Gold Standard" content and resources for Emerging Tech as well as sharing best practices for messaging these products in the field.
