Current Successfully leading sector-wide projects to reduce risk and enhance process capability across all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products Provide key input and develop relationships within sectors through the VCQ Make Council, JJOS, Manufacturing of the Future Centers of Excellence and other venues to drive business strategy and alignment on segment goals E2E Lead effort to developed strategies and learning content to enhance Quality skills and competencies across J&J inclusive of JJQE certification and SME qualification programs Collaborate across GQS teams to leverage resources, tools and maintain alignment on key business objectives Develop and maintain Enterprise Standards and Guides to drive efficiencies, standardization, best practices and value across the Enterprise Develop strong partnerships and robust collaboration within the Consumer segment to drive value across Quality, Tech Ops, Labs, etc. Establish and coach teams to develop roadmap, plan and strategy to implement new technologies Partner with the Enterprise Learning organization to drive adoption of latest learning trends and best practices i.e. Enterprise Lessons Learned Program (ELLP), Investigation Skills Program (ISP) etc.
