• Direct the work of employees, ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.• Develop plan for work efforts, assign staff members.• Conduct performance appraisals.• Participate fully in decisions related to employment.• Track performance against, and ensure that all deliverables meet, the established quality standards.• Develop objectives and present them to management for review / approval.• Provide input to the Senior Program Manager.• Primary point of contact with the COR.• Interface with the customer on issues and development opportunities.• Brief the customer and management on status and budget.• Support strategic activities for the segment, identifying customer’s future needs and investment resources needed.• Administer, organize and conduct training programs according to industry standard ADDIE approach.• Maintain records of training activities and student progress and monitor effectiveness of programs.• Interface with the customer to develop course objectives and content.• Direct and assist Technical Trainers in each stage design to ensure content and curriculum are delivered on time and within budget.• Develop training materials using Inspire, Snag-It, Camtasia.• Develop system simulations.• Draft audio scripts and create voice-over material.• Track performance efforts against, and ensure all deliverables meet, established quality criteria.• Maintain detailed metrics on design to delivery ratios, ROI, and curriculum evaluation.• Maintain and administer CourseMill Learning Management System (LMS). • Participate in the maintenance of repository of CIs.• Supervise CM team members.• Participate in CM meetings.• Responsible for acquisition of client maintenance and material in excess of 1 million dollars annually.• Maintain procurement documentation and federally required reporting records of custody (DD-250/ DD-1179) as well as provide metric reporting and financial health and status reports to client staff.
