I am responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Lighthouse Midstream Services Control Room Management (CRM) plan and Alarms Management processes. I support our customer base during their State or Federal audits and I am also an administrator for various systems we utilize to monitor operations and manage control room operations. I have developed, deployed, and maintain two applications and a supporting database using Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft Power Platform suite for Daily Logging and Operational Event Tracking utilized by our controllers and our control room leadership team. I am also a qualified evaluator of our Operator Qualification (OQ) program, our Fatigue Management representative, Teams/SharePoint administrator, records manager, analytics manager, and single point of contact for regulatory manners and expertise.

Responsible for effective and efficient implementations of Omega's Project Controls platform: Pims. Focused management of project scope, deliverable, schedule, client relations, and budgeting. I lead Omega project teams from the front to ensure successful deployments and provide developer support when needed. Since joining Omega in 2018 I have deployed Workforce Planning, Document Control, Risk Management, and Cost Management solutions to large oil & gas operators.

I worked with our customer base to create compliance documentation and provide their Control Room with solutions for Alarm Management, Workload Analysis, Fatigue Mitigation, and many other pipeline related metrics, KPIs and processes. My team and I successfully completed over 20 projects in the time that I was there. It was a rewarding position that taught me a lot and took me to a lot of places. Our CRM team optimized the analytics platform that we developed making it an even better solution that would continue to grow with our customer's operations.

One of my main tasks was to create an understanding of the business's needs and turn those needs into requirements so that our group could better assist in designing a solution. Working in Global Projects Organization (GPO) to gather requirements and provide a project scope for the migration, re-design, and enhancement of the current SharePoint 2007/2010 site to SharePoint 2013. Engagement of stakeholders to gather their specific wants and needs so that the GPO can align the efforts of all of it's groups into a cohesive plan for implementation. Deep dive into the existing structure, design, and work flow of the current site, it's functionality, and create an overall migration strategy. Managing small projects asked of our team in and around the SharePoint space.

SQL Server 2008 R2 database administrator and iDashboards developer. During my employment with Enterprise Products as part of it's Alarms Management team I managed 3 servers, 5 applications, 2 SQL Server databases with a combined record total of 100,000,000+ lines of data, and 2 iDashboards instances. My role was to assemble SQL Queries for display in iDashboards reporting software that provided "real-time" analysis of the alarm data from over 24 control room consoles. With the use of Tipsview and Capture, the data from the SCADA system was funneled into a SQL Server 2008 environment for which queries were built to return several figures for display in online dashboards available to Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and the Alarms Management Team.
