I joined the Retail and Wealth Management business in 2005 and gained 9 years of experience. I was responsible for a number of key roles, I started with managing various teams across various cities / region in United Arab Emirates. Joining a Mobile Sales team, prior to moving into the Branch Network covering Sales and Service Team Management, Customer Service Unit (CSU) Management and building a Credit Card team in one of the territories.
