Current• Market the Training programs offered by the client. • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers. • Seek new business opportunities. • Keep updated about latest business trends. • Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects. • Manage a modest sales pipeline sufficient to achieve quota targets. • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements. • Establish long-term relationships with clients to identify their potential needs. • Presenting product information to customers. • Arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls. • Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects. • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers. • Coordinate and collaborate with Sales and support resources to successfully deliver technical solutions to clients. • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context
