He is also professionally Trained in “Negotiation Skills” Additionally Gib attended the Advanced Marketing Management Program offered by the Banff School of Management. His selling career resulted in numerous awards ranging from the President’s club award at Neilson to the Quota Club Award Recognition for his Region 3 times at JM Schneider. Gib Entered Real Estate originally with Royal LePage in the fall 2003. In 2004, Gib's first full year in Real Estate Gib finished in the top 3 in Rookie of the Year competition for Royal LePage in South Western Ontario (519 Area Code) also went on to win the Royal LePage Gold Award in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Gib moved to the world's largest Real Estate Company, RE/MAX in the spring 2007/ Gib is driven to constantly upgrade himself, he is now a licensed Real Estate Broker. Gib has the additional International designations of Accredited Buyer Representative and Senior's Real Estate Representative. Consistently finishing in the top 10% in his field, he has been awarded the RE/MAX 100% Club Award every year consecutively for the ;last 6 years.
