One of my primary achievements was leading the automation and redesign of critical data pipelines, which resulted in improved operational efficiency and reduced complexity. As the Supply Chain Project Leader, I was responsible for coordinating and executing Global Supply Chain processes and transfer activities. Responsible for providing Capacity Plan for the manufacturing products based on supply requirements from the Supply Planning Group. Provide watch out of plan impact due to raw material constraint and align capacity usage and ramp up as needed. Responsible to analyze and resolve with BU Manager any short term capacity planning. Responsible to explain and monitor execution versus Weekly Plan and MPS.Expediting raw materials supplies and managing the Advanced Planning Systems capacity.
