- Control and sign the opening of accounts and ensure that all necessary information is provided by the client.- Control and sign money transfers and foreign exchanges operations.- Control and sign operations done on client bills and accounts.- Control and sign operations done by the branch Customer Service Officers and that may not require direct contact with the client such as monthly interests, clearing, letter of credit/ letter of guaranty, collections, auditing loan procedures.- Handle client complaints.- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.- Manage the customer service section at the branch.- Holder of the signature category C (Internal) on behalf of BLOM BANK from April 19, 2013 until March 25, 2015- Holder of the signature category B (External) on behalf of BLOM BANK from March 26, 2015 until December 9, 2020 that gives the accountability of:- Checking the content validity of any document being signed.- Making sure the operation is compliant with all related regulations and procedures.- Scrutinizing all aspects and details of the document including but not limited to: operational risks, customers' signatures, numbers, approvals and needed supporting documents, stamps, legalities and compliance requisites.(The signature B is recognized by regulatory authorities as well as correspondent banks. An employee holding such signature has the right to sign jointly on documents or operations that may require two signatures)

- Participate in marketing activities according to the branch strategy.- Conduct the financial analysis of consumer loans applications.- Answer to clients' requests and provide them with the required information sufficiently.- Give the clients banking solutions and services according to his/her needs.- Handle client complaint or refer any problems to the person responsible.- Open accounts and ensure that all necessary information is provided by the client.- Request money transfers and foreign exchanges, and apply the related operations.- Issue insurance policies.- Follow-up on operations that may not require direct contact with the client such as monthly interests, clearing, checks, commissions.
