Gilberto is a Supreme Court lawyer specialised in the adding value to and protecting intellectual property rights, with extensive experience in legal counseling and assistance of Italian and foreign clients in this field, particularly in trademarks, domain names, design, patent and know-how, copyright, art and heritage law, advertising, media and sport law.Gilberto is the founding partner of BIPART, an Italian law firm focusing on intellectual property and art law. Before founding BIPART, Gilberto was responsible for the intellectual property section at Andersen and Negri-Clementi and worked as an expert in the intellectual property and art law departments of major law firms, both nationally (BonelliErede and MilaLegal) and internationally (Lovells, now Hogan Lovells).
