I was born in São Paulo in 1951, into a family that combined the entrepreneurial spirit of my father, a Lebanese immigrant, with the passion for education of my mother, a teacher from Rio Grande do Sul. From an early age, I learned to value both hard work and knowledge, which shaped my professional and personal trajectory.I started working at a young age in the family business, where I learned the value of effort and dedication. I began my studies in Mechanical Engineering at Mackenzie University, but soon realized that my true calling was in Administration, which led me to graduate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.At the age of 21, a near-fatal car accident made me reflect deeply on life and my purpose. This moment of crisis awakened in me an interest in self-knowledge, which led me to explore practices such as Transcendental Meditation and Transactional Analysis. These first steps led me to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which became the central focus of my career and life.In 1980, I had my first direct contact with NLP during a visit to the United States, where I learned directly from Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the creators of the methodology. Deeply impacted by the techniques, I decided to bring this knowledge to Brazil.In 1981, I founded the Brazilian Society of Neurolinguistic Programming (SBPNL), the first institution in Brazil dedicated to teaching NLP. SBPNL quickly became a reference in Latin America, attracting professionals from various areas interested in applying NLP to their lives and careers.In 1995, I decided to abandon my career as an executive to dedicate myself exclusively to NLP and SBPNL. Since then, I have worked to expand the reach of NLP, offering training and workshops that have transformed thousands of lives. I have also dedicated myself to the development of 4th Generation NLP, integrating it with scientific advances and other disciplines such as Neuroscience and Family Constellation.In addition to my work with NLP, I am a guest professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, where I share my experience in leadership and personal development.
