This position is responsible for providing frontline technical leadership to maintenance mechanics and technicians supporting the Aseptic Production Process. The Process Support Lead will work collaboratively with the Operations, Quality and Engineering functions to ensure continuous support of the Aseptic Production Process. This position will maintain active engagement on the plant floor and within the daily manufacturing routines. The Lead will assist through technical coaching, training and guidance and ensure work is properly documented within a computerized maintenance management system. Key Responsibilities• Ensure training compliance for assigned curriculum prior to performing any work task.• Lead as required in the on-the-job training of Process Support personnel.• Serve as supervisory technical liaison for assigned shift.• Assist in the scheduling of shift/daily/weekly tasks in conjunction with area supervisor.• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of key manufacturing equipment: including (but not limited to) autoclave, parts washers, filler, capper, CIP/SIP skid, etc.• Ensure department tasks performed are documented as per established Good Documentation Practices, and review of executed documentation (work orders, logbooks, etc.) in a timely fashion• Assist in the execution of equipment/process qualification, validation, and protocols.• Lead and facilitate the development and creation of departmental procedures to include but not limited to SOPs, OJTs, PM’s, Cal’s and work instruction documents.• Participate in investigations and execute appropriate approved corrective / preventative actions for Aseptic Core related processes.• Develop staff competencies through coaching, training and feedback• Ensure on time completion of all planned and corrective maintenance work orders for all maintenance and instrumentation systems, ex. preventive maintenance and calibrations as well as unplanned work.

• Perform maintenance assignments, to include routine maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, installation and overhaul of manufacturing / processing equipment within an Aseptic Production environment• Ensure that the Aseptic production equipment is maintained to an appropriate standard in line with current pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, industry standards, government regulations and requirements as well the guidelines set by Company. • Works with Autoclaves, Vial washers, Filling machine, Parts Washers, Frame loader, Steriboxes HEPACarts• Provide maintenance support to all aspects of the production efforts as established in department procedures and as required by regulatory agencies in order to ensure, and maintain, safe, cGMP compliant equipment and facilities.• Contribute as required to maintain all production equipment maintenance within the scheduled completion dates while maintaining the validated state of the production process. Perform routine preventive maintenance in an aseptic environment on production machinery and equipment including mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, robotic and other systems.• Complete and document, per SOP’s and regulatory requirements, all corrective and routine preventive maintenance as well as scheduled performance evaluations for assigned equipment.• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document and track maintenance activities. • Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical and electrical drawings and PLC logic.• Ability to assemble/disassemble and repair machine components (i.e., gears, bearings, shafts, chains, sprockets, pulleys, cams, etc.). Able to use precision measuring equipment (i.e., dial calipers, micrometers, etc.).

• Contribute as required to maintain all production equipment maintenance within the scheduled completion dates while maintaining the validated state of the production process. Perform routine preventive maintenance in an aseptic environment on production machinery and equipment including mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, robotic and other systems• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on machines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Is responsible for appropriate paperwork and reporting documentation.• Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques;monitoring compliance.• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.• Complete and document, per SOP’s and regulatory requirements, all corrective and routine preventive maintenance as well as scheduled performance evaluations for assigned equipment.• Ensure that all production equipment is running optimally, both in terms of output and quality and assist operations as needed in order to meet company quality and production targets

o Manages a temporary disposal site (TDS) o Is responsible for overseeing waste separation and environmental protection concerns. o Is responsible for appropriate paperwork and reporting documentation. o Revision of the county debris management program with emphasis on rapid coordinated response within the countyo Ensuring that information on storm related debris is collected and forwarded to FEMA in a timely manner, in accordance with published guidance, in order to obtain state and federal assistance.o Participation in county-wide debris management planningo Ensure employees of the jurisdictions are aware of the importance of early public announcements to explain how debris is to be handled, locations of debris drop-off sites and schedules for private debris pickup.o Becoming familiar with county employees and Debris Monitors.o Establish and maintain contact with the designated local area Debris Monitors.o Inspect the proposed temporary debris sites for each county area.o Ensure the Local Area Debris Monitors provide and enforce a safe work environment as prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended. The Contractor will provide such safety equipment, training and supervision as may be required by the Jurisdiction and/or Government.
