- Travel within the Caribbean territory to ensure all partners and customers get the appropriate level of attention and care, according to the importance of the accounts.- Assist partners to perform technical design of security solutions for customers. Recommend the best technical solution for a given scenario, in order to provide quality products and services to customers- Support educational efforts (both in-classroom and remote via Webinars) targeted to keep a high degree of knowledge on security solutions on the partner, reseller and distributor base.- Participate and be part of the feedback process to Research and Development, on information that flows from customer and partners.- Work with Corporate marketing teams to help understand specific market needs, in order to drive the appropriate activities that can impact positively market’s perception of the company.- Create technical documents that can help the partner base to perform better/quicker/more impressive demonstrations, to effectively show products strengths

Started in 1998 as network consultant, later in 2002 became the networking division manager where I was in charge of 5 network consultants who where responsible for implementing projects.In 2004 was assigned as a systems engineer (pre-sales) for networking, security and voice technologies. Later in 2006 I became the manager for the systems engineering team, where I was in charge of three other SEs for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Region, I was also in charge of achieving the sales quota goals together with a team of 6 sales account managers.
