• Managed the transfer of 20 different products and systems to Intel Costa Rica that ran with flawless execution and without impacts to the customers.

• By applying lean, I’ve transformed the factory’s FIFO Sorting Logic. This new logic reduced the Cycle Time (CT) on a range from 25% to 50% per product and the variability by 80%, which meant a saving of $5M.
• Thru data management, I’ve developed and implemented a material handling reporting system that anticipates possible impacts to the production floor caused by bubbles on the process flow, due to an excess of material..
• I’ve identified and implemented innovative solutions that increased the productivity in the following areas:o Re-definition of Material Handling concepts and philosophy in the factory (672 machine hrs/ month saved)o.

• Responsible of the entire Factory operation from A to Z. Key accomplishments:
• Implemented a continuous improvement culture that was translated into a 50% reduction in the bottle neck operation by using manufacturing synchronization. This also made that the overall factory productivity improved.
• Designed and developed all of the factory’s information systems: Purchasing and Inventory Control, Invoicing, Human Resources, Labor Control, Electronic Boards File, among others.
