To apply the revenue policy in terms of rights, products, uses, prices, rates and fiscal terms for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons of the dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration through the formulation of an analysis and formulation of tariff proposals and revenue estimates, the authorization, where appropriate, of the variation of the amount of daily and weekly payments related to the tax regime applicable to Pemex, the registration of requests for surplus revenues, as well as the proposal of preliminary drafts of legislative initiatives so that they are consistent with the policy of the country's Public, Economic and Social Finance, which is part of the Federal Revenue Law for each fiscal year

Responsibilities:• Coordinate and execute the work of reviewing documentation to integrate audit reports related to current expenditure in relation to regulatory compliance of the administrative areas of the Council of the Federal Judiciary that were scheduled in each fiscal year for the sub-direction.• Verify the progress in capitalization and propose the opinions of the Comptroller's Office regarding the income and expenses of the trusts of the Council of the Federal Judiciary for presentation in the Investment Committee.• Write and review and the notes with the comments of the comptroller regarding the results and the investment strategy for the Investment Committee of the Council of the Federal Judiciary that was carried out quarterly.• Participate in the minutes of delivery-reception of officials who separate from their positions as observers of the Comptroller's Office of the Council of the Federal Judiciary to comply with the regulations on the matter.• Coordinate the preparation of the opinions of the Comptroller's Office regarding various matters related to the budget and current expenditure for review by the Director of Audit, Budget and Public Account• Review together with the Director the follow-ups of audits already carried out to determine the promoted actions that have been attended.• Participate in the signing of minutes of the delivery of resources that for various reasons recovers the SAE for the Council of the Federal Judiciary.Main achievements:• Reduced the staff in charge of trust opinions by 66% by dealing with matters on an individual basis.• Reduction of attention times of the matters in charge.• Established a control mechanism of the issues to measure the attention times

Responsibilities• Coordinate the work of preparing the documentation of the Federal Public Office as responsible for the information of the National Coordination.• Coordinate the elaboration of the Institutional Program of the National Commission with its management indicators and present it for authorization of the Planning Committee and the Governing Board• Establish and follow up on the coordination mechanism with Banxico and the SAT that had the powers to collect the fines of the National Commission and recover them as their own income that was registered as liquid extensions to the budget• Attend the audits carried out to the Commission, both by the Superior Audit of the Federation, the Internal Control Body in the National Commission and external auditors and responsible for the reception and delivery of financial, planning and systems infrastructure information• Supervise and control the expenditure of the National Commission and the indicators of the Matrix of Indicators for Results presenting the quarterly progress in the Committee of Control and Institutional Performance and in the Junta de Gobierno• Control the dispersion of the resources corresponding to the expenditures of the National Commission by authorizing in the Treasury System of the Federation and in the bank account of the National Commission• Supervise the telecommunications systems and infrastructure of the National CommissionMain achievements• I replaced the budget accounting system in 8 months with a very low cost system with results completely adhering to the provisions of the General Law of Government Accounting• Attended all audits to the CONDUSEF regarding its work with satisfactory results• I attended the external evaluation to the Commission with a score of 3.6 out of 4 regarding the design of the budgetary program• I did not receive comments on the information reported in the Public Treasury Account in 2014 and 2015
