Responsible for supplying material to 24 internal programs (projects) such as military fighter and cargo planes, patrol planes, helicopters and combat cars. Sole responsible for material supply between AEL and the mother company Elbit Systems in Israel. Other activities consist on: o Supplier development and evaluation considering supply risk; o Creation of department indicators and data analysis; o Process mapping and improvements; o Surveying material costs for new projects - I was responsible for creating that job function, organizing the responsibilities and interactions with other departments.
