Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.Maintenance cost and budget compliance including capital expenses control.Plant shutdown programming (Critical path).Prepare reports of KPIs and maintain dashboards providing full visibility of performance and improvement progress.Management of changes, risk analysis and mechanical integrity program.Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians and contractors, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues. Responsible of saving cost & energy reduction projects.Knowledge and understanding of technology on predictive maintenance (PdM), preventive maintenance (PM), computerized maintenance management (CMMS-SAP R//3) and reliability-based maintenance practices. Operational expertise in using improvement tools: Six Sigma, RCFA-Route Cause Failure Analysis-, Kaizen, MTBF-Meantime Between Failures- analysis, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance-, SCP-Statistical Control Process.
