 Thirty six (36) years of experience in Corporate Legal matters in Venezuela working with Domestic and International Companies and Law Firms in the United States and Madrid - Spain. Since 1998, wide experience in successful New Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Legal Advice, Joint Ventures, etc.., of International Oil, Gas and Green Energy projects. As significant issue, being assigned to following up a preliminary process to request a Grant for a UAN 32 Plant Feasibility Study with the Authorities in Venezuela through the “U.S. Trade Development Agency” in Washington DC, USA. Twenty four (24) of the 36 years as Attorney, mostly in the International area with significant experience in an operational management role in the Oil & Gas industry at Executive Level being one of the most important one the direct participation in negotiations for the Legal Formation of the Joint Venture “Fusion Libya Petroleum Services” in the Republic of Libya - North Africa between 2006 and 2008, placing special emphasis in defining and developing the strategic plan of the company in this Country. In 2009, directly participating and involved in the Legal Formation of a Joint Venture with the U.S. Company named “DMH Energy Partnerships Group” based in Chicago – Illinois to structure and develop an important Renewable Green Energy Project in the Area of Wyoming and Montana, U.S.A. In 2012 named as "Liaison Officer" between USA/Latin America and Libya, on behalf of the "EU-LIBYA Chamber of Commerce (Libyan -European)", based in London (United Kingdom). Promoting and supporting throughout the European Union the "Libya Investment & Infrastructure Summit" carried out by this organization in cooperation with the authorities and representatives of the best public and private organizations in Europe and Libya, as well as some others.  Actually mostly working as International Business Counsel especially in the International Mobility area.
