As a President/Chief Operations Officer for American Textile Recycling Services (ATRS) I am responsible for the overall strategic and operational responsibility of day to day operations. I provide leadership & strategic planning to optimize efficiency within the multi-state operations. Responsible for * Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in daily operations, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs * Identify opportunities to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or address ATRS organizational challenges* Lead, coach, develop, ATRS team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis, planning and program optimization* Develop and implement training programs to expand the capacity of all ATRS staff* Ensure the continued financial viability of ATRS by working hand in hand with Chief Financial Officer

As Director of Operations for American Textile Recycling Service (ATRS), I am responsible for a four state operation in, Texas, Michigan, Arizona, and Colorado, with a combined 7 Market operations. Traveling to these markets to ensure full alignment with ATRS Corporate processes, procedures, and leadership to optimize market production through analysis and relationship building. Responsible for *Overall performance of assigned markets *Analyze market performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results.*Review and provide feedback with P&L's, budget forecasting, project development, that align with ATRS goals and projections

As Operations Manager for American Textile Recycling Services (ATRS), I was responsible for data entry, accounts payable, payroll, managing the markets HR, creating organizational and program budgets, Manage and review Profit and Loss Statements for the Houston market. Manage a team of Sales Staff and Drivers, set goals and market objectives. Seek expansion opportunities with in the Houston market and Develop B2B relationships along with, maintaining and fostering a relationship with the Non-Profit Organizations we supported in Houston.
