As the Office Managing Director for Accenture in the Pacific Northwest, I lead more than 2,300 people who work and live in the area. I’m responsible for growing our talent, strengthening relationships with clients and deepening connections with the local community. I spearheaded the opening of our Seattle Innovation Hub, bringing together the best of Accenture’s capabilities and talent to our clients. In the Hub we work with some of Seattle’s iconic companies, helping them build solutions to grow and compete in the digital economy. Much of my work since joining Accenture in 1990 involves leading broad-scale business transformation, including sales and marketing, finance and information technology in the Communications, Media & Technology, Products, Health and Public Service industry groups. I’m passionate about people development and helping to create career opportunities for all. For me, the diversity of our people and diversity of thinking is how we can bring the best of Accenture to our clients, help drive innovation and enable better business outcomes. I’ve served on the Washington Technology Industry Association board since 2004. In 2018, I was proud to lead Accenture’s partnership with the Special Olympics USA Games in Seattle. More than 650 Accenture people volunteered for the week’s events and joined me at the opening ceremony at the University of Washington to cheer and high-five the 4,000 athletes and coaches. It was an incredible experience that has made lifelong impact, and so gratifying to support these athletes, each one a champion.I live in Seattle with my wife and have three children; outside of work you'll find me enjoying snow and water skiing. I’m also an avid UW Huskies football fan.
