As Senior Vice President of Finance at Warner Bros. Discovery reporting to the division President, I led a team of 60+ people on three continents and managed the financial & operational strategy for number businesses including visitor attractions, retail operations and facilities management. This included the oversight and deployment of over $1 Billion in capital including multiple construction projects and an acquisition during my tenure. I led predictive data analytics initiatives to improve gross margins and implemented an enterprise wide planning system.
