Producing feed for animals (Pigs and Poultry)

I manage a team of 13 staff operating over 6:00 -14:00, 14:00 -22:00 and a 6:00 - 19:00 shift at weekends. Which migrated to a 4 on 4 off shift structure, operating from 6am til 6pm, 10am till 10pm (Mon -Sun) with availability of a night shift op working Mon-Fri 10pm-6am

In my present position as Dispatch Team Leader, I am tasked with the day to day running of the Picking and Dispatch Area. This entails managing a team of 4, loading and unloading trucks, order picking and managing stock levels. Ensuring that all orders are picked correctly and on time.My work experience includes utilizing industrial forklifts (reach and counterbalance) and pedestrian operated pallet trucks, adhering to safety procedures, securing loads and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly. Using hand held mobile computers and desktop systems is also a major part of my current job, and I'm very proficient in the use of most software packages.On a more personal level I have a proven record of good attendance, being punctual and am willing to work overtime as needed. I am physically fit, possess good hand dexterity and strength, and am able to stand, stoop, move equipment, bend, reach, and lift for prolonged periods of time.
