Using Bamboo, Docker and Rancher, we met our target: go from check-in to ‘production’ in 2 minutes.- Introduced the Sonarqube static analysis tool to help developers understand the existing technical debt and to be able to track changes over time.- Introduced Jira Agile to support the company-wide switch to agile practices. - Principal administrator for the development infrastructure, including Jira, Bamboo, Confluence and Bitbucket. Given group and individual training in Jira Agile and Confluence.- Created and ran weekly ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions, which feature videos from conferences and internal speakers to share knowledge across the company.
