I am an experienced and highly regarded solicitor specialising in IP, media data privacy, reputation management, regulatory and dispute work. I help clients with their compliance and managing disputes, particularly when involving complex, high value or multi-faceted issues, including cross-border, and the impact of emerging tech or new laws or regulations in these areas.My areas of expertise include intellectual property, advertising & marketing, entertainment & media, privacy & data protection, consumer & regulatory and defamation & reputation management work, with a particular focus on everything to do with brands.
