About Giles Cunningham

MEET GILES ► I am passionate about helping SME Businesses who know their business can be improved by good IT and Communications technology, but are afraid to explore these as the options are endless. I act as an IT Director to them, providing advice and information on what’s available, what works and what delivers value for money. I have a large base of referenceable customers who use my company as a one stop shop for anything technical. In addition I help other IT companies follow our journey into Telecommunications to increase profits. EXPERTISE ► Over 30 years in the IT business means I have seen the various “silver bullet” solutions that have and haven’t delivered. I started in the technical world of IT hardware and software and then moved into building successful reseller networks for large corporations. I however always enjoyed working with the smaller businesses, so I decided to do just that. MY CLIENTS ► SME Businesses that know there is a better solution than what they have today. Most of my new clients come by recommendations through my existing clients, because I have solved the technology challenges their business was facing. We first make sure we understand the problems you are having, we will then explain how IT and Communications can help resolve these issues, propose some options and then support that solution. Where a fraud has been committed we can document and evidence the fraud, find the people responsible and trace any assets they have which may be recoverable. Our investigations are carried out by ex Police officers following very strict practices to ensure our findings which are presented to the court are of the highest standards. Where necessary we can liaise with the local police to ensure convictions against the individual responsible, which can make retrieving assets and money a lot easier. We also carry out searches on people before they enter a business relationship to ensure they are who they claim to be.
